Our dedicated team of structural engineers crafted a special design for formwork to build concrete slabs over an existing 10-story timber structure adorned with captivating heritage features. Navigating the challenges presented by tight spaces and restricted material handling in CBD, our design team carefully considered every aspect to ensure a seamless integration of the modern and the historical. Balancing innovation and preservation, we meticulously planned the formwork design to prevent any overloading of the existing.

Precast Construction Design

Look at this precast construction design for the proposed three-storey commercial-residential development at Collaroy! Our structural engineers just completed the design for this beautiful site with a great ocean view. Working closely with designers, builders and manufacturers, SSA ensures to deliver high-quality work for our client.
